Hyperlocal (adjective):  relating to a very specific and often small community or geographical area.

SimplyScituate was born out of my desire to be a hyperlocal real estate agent.  I live here (grew up spending summers here and bought my first home in 1997). I work here. I raise my children here. My husband and I belong to clubs here, we volunteer here, we coach here – we are part of this fantastic community.

Being hyperlocal means I have superior market knowledge, I know the schools, I know the neighborhoods, I know the "players” in the market and have my ear to the ground. I can put those strengths IN CAPITAL LETTERS because I am focused solely on one town.

I also put Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading technology to work for you.  In addition to our powerful network of hundreds of websites, the marketing of your property will be enhanced through an exclusive program on eight of the most recognized and dominant, high-traffic websites on the Net – Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo! Homes, Zillow, AOL, MSN Real Estate, HotPads and Homes.com. Collectively these sites attract over one billion visits each year.  It is because of this power that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was the leading real estate company it Massachusetts in 2013 and it closed more dollar volume than the next 8 companies combined.

Lastly, I demand excellence – in marketing your home, in negotiating a deal, in my integrity and in sheer know how. I push the boundaries of technology to make the real estate experience better – better marketing, deeper research, better outcomes.  When you work with me you will know you have an advocate working for you every step of the way.  I believe in developing long-term relationships with my clients and working as a team, in collaboration, with the ultimate goal of making it easy and fun for you to buy and sell your home.  I hope you take the time to send me an email, or give me a call, before making any decision about who to work with.  My clients already know how great the real estate experience can be.  I hope you will too.
